Content Manager/Trim Systems Administrator - Software Update - Fed Govt

One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Content Manager/Trim Systems Administrator to join their Content Manager Administration team to manage their record keeping systems using Trim. This is a complex system involving Data Security, records management and document content indexing. The role will be based in Canberra with flexible working arrangements also available. The successful Content Manager/Trim Systems Administratorwill be offered a contract until June 2025 with a 12 month extension option.   

The successfulContent Manager/Trim Systems Administratorwill be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Providing technical system management of the Content Manager 10.1 system as well as providing technical support
• Applying data analysis, data modelling and quality assurance techniques
• Reviewing system Software Updates and identifying those that merit action to maximise hardware functionality
• Monitoring the effectiveness of installations to ensure that appropriate recommendations and changes are made

The successful Content Manager/Trim Systems Administratorwill have experience in the following:

• Experience with Records Management Systems Administration using Content Manager 10
• Expertise in Visual Studio, SQL and Windows server operations
• Experience with .Net and Trim SDK
• Good knowledge and experience with Import/Export functionality for Records Migrations
