Key Responsibilities:
As our Content & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand identity and driving sustainable enrolments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with school leadership and educators to implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Creating engaging content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and the school's website.
- Developing strategic campaigns ensuring effective and seamless communication with current and prospective parents.
- Monitoring and optimising digital content performance, providing insightful reports to enhance marketing strategies.
- Overseeing the implementation of the school brand style guide to ensure consistency and quality of positioning and visual identity.
- Planning and implementing social media content and advertising campaigns aligned with our school's priorities and content strategy.
- Contributing to the development and execution of campaigns and parent/community engagement activations.
- Supporting website content development and maintenance.
- Assisting in the creation and analysis of metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

About You:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- A degree or demonstrated positive experience in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
- Proficiency in social media strategy, email marketing, and web content management systems.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Passion for creating engaging content, including videos, pictures, and copy.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- An understanding of Steiner Education is advantageous, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, WordPress, and Digistorm is desirable.

The school is in a bush land setting near Bibra Lake in the southern suburbs of Perth (approx. 20 minutes from the CBD and 15 minutes from Fremantle). We provide a Steiner education from Playgroup to Class 12. The work environment is delightful and the staff are a very supportive bunch of people.
