Digital Content Coordinator

About the role

This is a short-term contract position for 3 months, however there is potential for this to be extended. We are looking to engage an experienced Digital Content Coordinator who will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing new web pages, managing platform features, providing guidance on UX/UI and SEO best practices, and ensuring the overall integrity and functionality of our customer's digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review new pages for accurate placement within the information architecture (IA) and platform, adapting features as required for optimal user experience.
• Provide guidance and advice on UX/UI design, SEO strategies, and structuring Digital Content to enhance engagement and visibility.
• Review the lifecycle of pages to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage IP administration, including user access and permissions, to maintain security and data integrity.
• Act as a super-user, assisting others with using the Internet Presence (IP) platform, communicating updates and bug fixes, and providing technical support.
• Manage and respond to the Internet Presence email inbox and helpdesk requests, serving as the first point of contact for technical issues.
• Escalate and liaise with Information Systems (IS) for technical issues and advice, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain existing platforms, and respond to archive requests in accordance with organizational policies.
• Create, deliver, and update training and support tools, including the Learning Hub to empower users and enhance digital literacy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in digital media, communications, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Content management, platform administration, and UX/UI design.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, digital communications, and best practices in content structuring.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms (Essential).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
