About Social Broker
We're not just another marketing agency; we're also a martech innovator. Social Broker specialises in smart marketing solutions for finance professionals, offering branded educational finance content and Social media management for financial advisers, mortgage and finance brokers, and accountants right across Australia. We help our clients do a lot with a little and are passionate about automating the grunt work so we can all focus on the fun stuff. We've developed two software solutions (including socialreview.io), and – over our four year journey – have crafted beautifully streamlined processes to make your working life easier.
The role
As Social Media Content Coordinator, you'll be hands on in delivering our Social media managed services to our loyal clients (who are all – without fail – excellent people):
- Crafting and delivering bespoke Social media strategies
- Staying in touch with our clients – face to face, phone and email
- Scheduling engaging content across social platforms – static, animated and video
- Keeping up-to-date with finance and property industry insights to craft educational, compliant, ethical and engaging written and visual content. Our job is to bridge the gap between what our clients know, and what their clients need to know.
We're seeking
A creative, detail-oriented person with a passion for content marketing. You'll have an ability to take typically dry topics (like finance and property) and create engaging content that connects with people. You won't be afraid to try new things, and will be supported to innovate, experiment and have a go – even when it doesn't work out. You'll have boundless curiosity, a drive for continual improvement, and an interest in growing your role within the business.
