As the Content Marketing Officer, you won't just be part of a team – you'll be a vital player in shaping the connection between our brand, cause and communities.
With the guidance of our Senior Content Marketing Officer, you'll play a key role in creating our social media strategy, ensuring the smooth sailing of ongoing social media endeavours and cultivating an engaged digital community. Additionally, you’ll contribute to content creation across our publications and website.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive Content Marketing strategies that align with organisation goals.
- Craft compelling and shareable content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Drive the social media content strategy, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling email content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Identify opportunities for website content enhancement to improve user experience and drive conversions.
However, there will be so much more to get involved with.
Your toolkit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in Content Marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret content performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain – we can help you there if not.)
