Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate content marketer to join our dynamic and innovative team at Talent. If you love creating engaging content and driving marketing strategies, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Develop content aligned with our Content Marketing strategy to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website.
Collaborate with sales teams to produce regular targeted content.
Produce content that generates quality leads and maximizes client conversion.
Conduct regular research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our content strategy.
Utilize marketing automation tools to track digital leads and determine Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to drive our SEO and SEM strategy, reporting on progress.
Maintain regular reporting to stakeholders biannually or as required and engage in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
An enthusiastic content writer with a deep passion for crafting compelling and engaging content.
2+ years of experience in a Content Marketing/specialist role.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
An understanding of Content Marketing principles, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including sales.
Flexible and adaptable to work on special projects and dynamic marketing initiatives.
A university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
