Teacher Training Australia is dedicated to advancing educational practices and is currently seeking a specialist to collaborate on crafting dynamic courses tailored to teachers, in alignment with the latest NSW Syllabus.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Course Content Specialist for crafting self-paced, professional development courses for teachers. This role involves curating and developing in-depth course materials, incorporating academic research, and ensuring all content aligns with the educational standards and goals for teacher training. This is a casual, work-from-home position and hours will vary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to understand course objectives and syllabus inputs for developing teacher training content.
- Utilise GPTs to design and create engaging course material.
- Integrate academic research articles to enrich course themes, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation.
- Develop clear and concise teaching activities and resources suitable for teachers to take back to the classroom.
- Ensure all content adheres to Australian English standards and is relevant for Australian educators.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and instructional quality.
- Format and structure course materials for online delivery, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education.
- Proficiency in using AI tools.
- Proven experience in Online Course development or educational content creation.
- Strong understanding of educational pedagogy and professional development for teachers.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with academic research and the ability to integrate scholarly articles into Course Content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Remuneration:
