At Australian Retirement Trust (ART), we're transforming how Australians plan for retirement. As a Digital Content Specialist with a customer acquisition focus, you'll play a pivotal role in making ART the most widely recognised super fund in Australia.

About the role

As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll be an essential part of a cross-functional squad focused on SEO, conversion rate optimisation, and customer growth. Your knack for turning complex info into simple, personal messages will cut through the noise and give customers a compelling reason to choose us. Your success will be measured by boosting our search engine presence, improving conversions, and growing our customer base.

This is a 12-month max-term/secondment due to an internal secondment, with flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • You have a solid background in financial services (or a similar regulated environment) and digital communication.
  • You've proven you can create top-notch Digital Content optimised for SEO that inspires customer action.
  • You understand user journeys and conversion to shape content.
  • You have a great grasp of brand voice, readability metrics, and UX.
  • You're adaptable, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments, and you consistently meet deadlines, delivering excellent work even under pressure.
  • Collaboration is key for you, and you show a strong desire and ability to work effectively within a team and squad environment.
