About the Role
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this newly created role will sit at the heart of our fast-evolving content marketing efforts focused on assisting in creating & managing digital content for our website, email campaigns and SOCIAL MEDIA platforms.
We are seeking a creative and driven Content & Social Media Coordinator to bolster our online presence and engagement. We are on the hunt for someone who thrives in the digital world, who can seize the reins of our SOCIAL MEDIA accounts, and guide them towards exponential growth.
As an integral part of our team, you’ll work in close collaboration with our Design and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate has a knack for translating tech-speak into engaging, user-friendly content, and possesses a solid background in leveraging SOCIAL MEDIA platforms to enhance brand recognition and growth.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will research and pitch content ideas, maintain a content calendar, guide the production of images and videos to support your marketing objectives, contribute to the development of ALOGIC’s digital strategy, brand voice and drive marketing campaigns with the support of the wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate captivating content across our brand’s SOCIAL MEDIA pages, tailored to our audience and their preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content based on business requirements, growth strategy and focus.
- Stay on top of digital marketing best practices and leverage this knowledge to ensure your own strategies and those in the wider business meet ALOGIC’s evolving needs.
- Craft compelling short-form video and reel content that resonate with our followers and make our brand stand out in the digital space. Actively engaging with our followers on SOCIAL MEDIA, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
- Participate in the production of photoshoots, including casting and location scouting, as well as, capturing behind-the-scenes content with in-house graphic designers, animators and videographers and assisting them with content creation to bring our brand’s story to life, and support your marketing objectives.
- Drive the growth of our SOCIAL MEDIA presence on multiple platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Research and contribute content ideas through current SOCIAL MEDIA trend and participate in the evolution of our digital marketing strategy.
- Drive multiple, simultaneous projects, analyze performance metrics to shape and refine our content strategies, ensuring we’re not just part of the conversation, but leading it.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of published work in the B2C e-commerce space. Bonus points for technology content, either B2B or B2C.
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills who can manage own workload and priorities to deliver content to tight deadlines.
- Experience in creating engaging content for various SOCIAL MEDIA platforms.
- Confidence in dealing with technical subjects, including the ability to research technical topics in collaboration with our in-house product experts.
- Understanding of key SEO concepts.
- Familiarity with publishing web content through content management systems, such as Shopify. HTML/CSS skills a bonus.
- Any graphic design, photographer or videography skills you can bring to the role would be a bonus.
