The Innovation and Digital Services (IDS) section leads innovation and undertakes business transformation initiatives using emerging technologies to deliver strategic improvements across the intellectual property ecosystem.
IDS is driving internal business transformation and innovation through the implementation of cognitive computing, automation and process re-engineering supported by a data driven culture.
Externally, IDS is developing innovative products and services through collaboration with wider IP ecosystem including global IP offices.
Position duties
- Planning, designing, and creating diverse content types, incorporating written, visual, and multimedia elements.
- Facilitating data comprehension through graphical representations of concepts, ideas, and facts.
- Conducting audience analysis to grasp the needs, preferences, and behaviours of the target audience, utilising
insights to tailor content strategies for effective engagement. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, engaging with subject matter experts to gather information
and insights for content creation. - Contributing to a progressive and modern delivery team dedicated to transforming IP Australia’s digital services
and delivering innovative customer-centric solutions. - Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, implementing innovative approaches to maintain
current and effective content strategies.
