Our Federal Government client is looking for a professional who will lead user-centric content strategy for critical export systems, driving innovation within a new, major program.
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 6-month extension.
Location: ACT, NSW, QLD (In-office and remote work arrangements can be discussed)
Security Clearance: Not required, Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the team in developing, delivering, and managing user-centric content.
- Analyse and audit existing content, ensuring alignment with user and business needs.
- Research, test, and iterate on information architecture to enhance user experience.
- Develop and iterate user-centered goals and metrics for content performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and iterate content governance.
- Design and iterate content models, types, and patterns with other content professionals.
- Develop agile content workflows and advise on technical deployment approaches.
- Embed modern content strategy practices in team processes.
- Extensive experience leading user-centric content delivery and management.
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops.
- Working with structured content and design systems.
- Experience testing and measuring the performance of content.
