A major draw will be the flexibility we offer, we all work from home, many of our team have families and work around home schedules. This is not a normal 9-5 office job, we take a more flexible approach.
The Job
We require the services of a reliable Marketing and Communications Assistant to support our growing team.
100% work from home, with occasional travel for events, meetings, team offsites. (Travel will be minimal for this role)
For the right person, this role is somewhere between 2-3 days a week and we're very happy to find the right schedule to that works for both. Returning to work, work during school hours, or outside 9-5 are OK with us, so long as the works gets done in a timely manner.
This role is about helping us design & produce our external communications, presentations, proposals, website, linkedin, newsletter/blog.
Responsibilities:
Design
- Design beautiful & compelling presentations and proposals (Google Slides, Qwilr, Canva). We write the content, you make it look awesome.
Website
- Basic content updates to our website (Wordpress).
Comms
- Create & Post relevant content on Linkedin.
- Research & Publish Blog posts.
- Produce and execute email comms to database.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, you'll need to manage your own schedule and stay on top of your daily tasks.
Must have:
- Experience with our platforms Wordpress, Canva, Active Campaign, Qwilr, Google Suite is valuable but not mandatory for a quick learner.
- High attention to detail and good eye for design.
- Trustworthy and high integrity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, willingness to pitch in and ‘get it done’.
- Personable/nice to deal with.
- A team player who is happy to help out across the team and fill gaps where needed.
