Free onsite Parking and Canteen Here at Mars Wrigley (MW), we have a unique opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Deployment Lead to join the Supply team based onsite Ballarat, with some potential travel to Asquith (NSW).You’ll play a key role in rolling out our Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program across the site. You’ll leverage our structured MSE deployment plan linking it to the needs of the onsite improvement plans.Success will be measured by Process alignment to DMS standards, behaviors aligned to Leadership standards and KPI Results achieving Delivery, Cost, Safety, Quality People, and environment targets. What would be your key responsibilities? Implement a program governance system with agreed Daily/Weekly/Periodic “Ways of Working to tracks progress and provide visibilityActs as the daily consultant to the Supply excellence and IE manager, Pillar Owners and teams/individuals in their small group activities and ensure linkage of the effort of the pillars with direct business results.Partners with the Supply excellence and IE manager to ensure the Single site improvement plan with defined milestones is on track, manages corrective actions to gaps including resource reallocation to ensure continuous progress.Works closely with the Regional and Global MSE Teams to ensure compliance against standards and to receiving effective guidance/coaching as needed. He/she will also provide input to the Change Control Process – both inputs and outputs of governance.The MSE Lead will develop and deliver on-going communication with the FMT in order to ensure internal to the site and input to regional and global communications. What are we looking for?Proven experience in Supply or Supply Chain (in IE, Technical, Lean, OperationsBachelors Degree in related field.Previous experience with LEAN, knowledge of: Lean management infrastructure, lean tools & technics, Supply and/or Supply Chain applicationsPreferred requirements: 2 years of experience in TPM Deployment/Program ManagementExperience in leading step-change initiatives / Best practice roll out What can you expect from Mars?Genuine career progression with a focus on you and your career goals.
