About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Management Consultant – Deployment Lead to join our team and contribute to the InPlace suite of products. This role represents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a deep understanding of software deployment and a passion for enhancing outcomes and operational efficiencies.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning and execution of deployment strategies for InPlace family of products across various platforms and customer bases
- Serving as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
- Analysing deployment metrics and performance data to report on progress, insights, and recommendations for senior management for informed decision making
- Identifying potential risks and challenges in the deployment process, devising mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Continuously review and improve deployment methodologies and processes for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Leading and mentoring a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence
- Coordinating with the Customer Support team to ensure a smooth transition post-deployment, including the provision of necessary training and resources
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Batchelor’s degree minimum in Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Management Consultant, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in technology deployment projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing complex projects successfully
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams through challenging project phases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Agile methodologies and change management practices is highly desirable
