The role:
Reporting to the Release Manager, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement across Digital Partnership Teams service delivery by ensuring all IT Service Management processes are developed and reviewed in line with best practice and integrate with each other to provide a consistent end to end service. You will also lead organisation-wide reviews of customer service standards to deliver improved customer outcomes.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting employees and management to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, matching business process with system requirements to ensure end-to-end alignment
- Preparing required documentation identifying the current and future state of potential business improvements and facilitate approval by business owners for implementation
- Providing expert advice on the application of appropriate quality support, environmental and management techniques and facilitate improvements to processes by changing approaches and working practices
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated working knowledge and application of ITIL, Lean and Agile methodologies and demonstrated knowledge and experience in business analysis and implementation of business quality improvement initiatives with the ability to identify, prioritise and conceptualise tasks which need to be undertaken and resource requirements to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Furthermore, you will have proven high level interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, oral and written communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve tangible improvements.
