Position: Contract Administrator

As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a capable full-time Contract Administrator to join our team.
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing contracts and agreements between our company and our clients, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, drafting contracts, monitoring contract performance, and resolving any disputes that may arise.
Key responsibilities:
o Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are clear and favourable to both parties.
o Draft and review contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
o Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations by all parties involved.
o Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in contracts, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
o Maintain organised records of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
o Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contractual matters and best practices.
Qualifications:
o Diploma of Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or at least three years of relevant experience.
o At least 2 years of recent experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in the labour supply industry or related field.
o Advantageous with a strong understanding of contract law and regulations.
o Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
o Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Remuneration:
$70,000-$75,000
