Contract Administrator

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to continued project growth, and to support our NACP Projects team in Darwin, we are expanding our team of experienced construction professionals and are now looking to appoint a suitably qualified Contract Administrator to perform the following duties:

• Preparation and submission of variation orders & contractual notices;
• Preparing head contract progress claims & reports; 
• Assisting in project cost reporting & forecasting;
• Preparing head contract deliverables;
• Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors;
• Negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration;
• Interrogation of contractual claims and variations;
• Implementation of AS form of contracts;

To be our next successful Contract Administrator, you'll be a highly motivated and adaptable individual who builds effective and lasting relationships and shares our unwavering commitment to corporate social responsibility within the construction sector. 

You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar and proven experience in the Australian market. The successful candidate will also need to provide a current police check, proof of residency/working entitlement and identity verification information prior to being made a formal offer. Australian citizens who are eligible to apply for/currently hold a AGSVA security clearance would be preferred.
