The Role & Company
Working as the lead CA on D&C institutional & Retail projects you will be responsible for the commercial management of both Head and Subcontract, monthly cost reporting to Board level and identifying commercial risk and opportunity within contracts. You will be reporting to your Project Manager day to day and enjoy working across varied projects including New Build, Refurb and Fit-Out. (GROWTH AVAILABLE)
Managing a Cadet, you will have outstanding people management skills and have a genuine interest in mentoring. You will be a 'hands-on' CA looking after initial project procurement and managing day to day commercial aspects across trade letting, variations and progress claims. Experience working on Design & Construct projects is desirable.

FLEXIBLE working Hours
Qualifications & Experience
- You will have a minimum of 3/4 years post degree qualification experience working as a Contracts Administrator.
- You MUST have experience compiling Cost Reports under a Project Manager
- You will have a track record of working on commercial projects in the NSW Market
- You will demonstrate good tenure with your employer
- YOU must have systems knowledge
- You will not have worked solely on residential projects
- Exposure to D&C projects is highly desirable
- You will be commercially astute, honest and have a strong, team focused work ethic
