In this role, you'll:
Report to the Commercial Manager, providing targeted support in all activities related to contract administration and management, variations and other contractual claims, payments and contract documentation to ensure contractors comply with their obligations in meeting performance standards and program requirements under their Contracts. This will require management, and implementation of a range of contract management processes, and systems to ensure such compliance. A fundamental accountability is the provision of accurate, expert, and timely advice, information and reports on contracts relevant to their portfolio to highlight any trends, forecasts or risks that require management intervention and/or solutions for further action.

About you
You have proven experience and expertise in contract administration for infrastructure projects, including being responsible for providing support and timely advice, managing systems, and reporting of various types of contracts, such as, D&C, Construct only, and/or other Collaborative Models like Alliance and Incentivised Target Cost Models etc. You will be working closely with the Commercial Manager and the Project Management Teams on sites in providing timely advice and working on complex issues, as well as managing and supporting the Contract Administrators (including direct and indirect reports).
You are proactive, solutions oriented, team player and role models collegiate and collaborative behaviours and communicates clearly, actively listens to others, and responds with understanding and respect. You have the ability and integrity to work independently whilst maintaining a high level of work ethic and quality with an ability to learn and improve at all levels. You thrive under pressure, are committed to timely delivery and compliance with systems and procedures and are energised by the challenges presented in our complex and ever-changing work environment.
