Senior Contracts Administrator

THEM
Long-standing national Tier 2 main contractor with even mix of public and private clients.
Very active in the public sector competitive tender space and have secured a number of new projects.
Sectors include; commercial, education, health, govt buildings, public buildings and some residential.
Deliver new build and large scale refurbishment project from $20m to $100m+
Offer a genuine career development plan for people and are realistic with time frames and remuneration to support this.

YOU
An experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator with a Tier 2 builder or a large top Tier 3 builder.
As CA you can support the project team or as SCA you can run your own project being fully responsible for the commercial function.
Technical construction delivery experience that adds to your strong contractual and financial skills.
