Your new company
Our client, based in Bentley, is seeking an experienced and confident Contract Advisor / Specialist to join the Corporate Services team. Initially, you will be engaged on a temporary basis working full-time hours, with the possibility of transitioning onto a permanent contract should all go well. Our client is eager to have someone start immediately after an interview.
Your new role
As the Contract Advisor / Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex contracts within the accomodation portfolio. Your duties will include:
- Providing strategic advice around procurement and contract management processes
- Liaising with suppliers, managing queries and contractual issues
- Assessing supplier performance against key performance indicators, providing reports on performance as needed
- Direct and monitor revenue activity within the area
- Consult with leadership ground around continuous improvement and strategic alignment within the contract management function
- Maintain a comprehensive contract management plan
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have extensive experience within a contract management / advisory position, in addition to:
- Demonstrated experience managing complex contracts
- Previous experience within the resources, infrastructure, property and / or government sector
- Confident communication skills with the ability to handle supplier and key stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Excellent organisation skills
- The ability to hit the ground running
