Contract Delivery Manager
Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As the Contract Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing contract and project delivery of key Remote Operations Works Delivery initiatives to provide safe, reliable, and quality power supply. The role is pivotal to collaborating with our strategic contract partners to transform our ways of working.
This is a permanent full-time position and can be located at Bentley or any of our regional offices in WA.
Your role will include:

  • Providing visible safety leadership and coaching to our contracting partners to ensure all contract and project delivery activities are executed safely.
  • Supporting the evolving strategic partnership environment to ensure contract works are organised and executed in line with agreed plans, standards, policies, budgets, and procedures.
  • Project manage key initiatives relating to outage management and compliance activities which impact our contractors and service delivery.
  • Ensuring cooperative and effective working relationship with the Asset Management, Future Generation and Retail and Community Engagement teams.
  • Managing, monitoring, and reporting on the budgets for allocated contract and project work.

You will have:

  • Electrical Trade Certificate (ESI or equivalent) or Electrical Engineering Diploma and Significant Power Distribution Construction experience.
  • Project Management Qualifications.
  • WA driver's license class "C".
  • Blue/White Card (Work Safe Construction Safety Awareness Training Course).
  • Demonstrated experience in a project management and/or supervisory environment or similar including at least 3 years multi-disciplined responsibilities. Evidence of demonstrated achievements in coordinating and scheduling works delivery programs.
