What you will be responsible for:
• To work closely with warehouse teams, ensuring an efficient handover of products + accurate process adherence with a high focus on safety.
• To assist in achieving our key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
• To deliver against our customer + operational KPI.
• To support all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence; collaborating with others as required.
• To actively support new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring you meet or exceed productivity targets.
• To contribute information when required for reporting + performance management.
• To undertake any other tasks required by management.
What we would like you to bring to the team:
- Knowledge and experience working within the Contract Logistics Industry
- Strong administration background: proficiency in handling administrative tasks related to Contract Logistics, such as processing orders, managing documentation, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
- Experienced individuals excel in prioritizing multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
