Summary:
We are based in Sydney Real Estate Services company is seeking an experienced Contract officer. The ideal candidate we are looking for will be detailed oriented and passionate by nature. In this role the ideal candidate will play a critical role who will be responsible for the coordination, maintenance, implementation, daily updates and compliance of real estate services Contracts including documentation and liaison with all stakeholders such as landlord, tenant, third party company and strata managers.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in the development, review, and negotiation of modifications to contracts and services.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, services, and stakeholders.
- Manage documentation about contracts , services, and contract closeout procedures
- Collaborate with real estate manager, property manager ,stakeholders, and owners to ensure achievegoals.
- Provide advice to senior management on critical matters and execute their directives
- Prepare and assess submissions and reports on organizational operations
- Gather and analyze markets data, and report on outcomes
- Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize contract terms and conditions with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and legal developments related to contracts
- Represent the organization in contract-related negotiations and disputes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a related role
- Strong understanding of contract law and project management principles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
