Form of workAre you a skilled and experienced dietitian or nutritionist looking for a rewarding Contract Opportunity? We have two priorities that require your expertise to enhance our menu offerings and provide valuable information to our customers and staff.
Priority 1: Menu Item Analysis for Dietary Needs We are seeking a professional to conduct a full menu item analysis to assist in labelling menu items as Gluten-Free (GF), Vegan, and Vegetarian. Additionally, we aim to educate both customers and staff with an allergens guide. Our menu can be viewed online at https://ou.abacus.co/store/5455009 . We are looking to implement these changes as soon as possible to better serve our customers.
Priority 2: Menu Item Analysis for Nutritional Information In addition to dietary needs, we require assistance in calculating the kilojoules of each menu item. We have a comprehensive master menu build sheet with all quantities available to streamline this process. Ideally, we aim to complete this analysis within the next 2 months to provide accurate nutritional information to our customers.
Requirements:
- Qualified dietitian or nutritionist with experience in menu analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Ability to communicate complex nutritional information in an understandable manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
