About the role
- The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality, evidence-based Nutrition and Dietetic services across the continuum of care to patients and families of STARS, as part of an interprofessional, collaborative team.

- Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated high level of knowledge, skills and expertise in nutrition and dietetic clinical practice.
- Communication/Team participation: Demonstrated ability to communicate and participate effectively in the dietetic and interprofessional teams, including the ability to provide high level clinical advice to supervisors, key service managers and stakeholders and with an ability to address and manage conflict.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide supervision, training and support to less experienced practitioners and students.
- Quality improvement: Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan and evaluate local service improvement initiatives through continuous quality improvement or research projects, enhancing outcomes for patients.
