Salarypeople2people are working closely with a state government body who are seeking a Contract Review Specialist/Paralegal for an initial 3 month contract on a part time basis (3 or 4 days per week)
THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide support the Governance & Compliance team. your duties will include
- Reviewing contracts and ensuring they comply with regulations
- Identify any potential business risks
- Brief external legal providers where required
- Ad hoc support to the wider team with other compliance and regulation related queries
Ideally you will have previous experience in Contract Review or /paralegal capacity within an educational compliance environment
To be considered for this role, you will also have:
- A strong background in Contract Review and compliance.
- Strong attention to details and interpretation skills
- Stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and external.
