Willy Wagtails Kindergarten are a small locally owned children's service that provides high quality care in the local Yamba community for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. We care about our families and our educators providing support and care.The successful applicant will become a valued member of our team. With an amazing educational leader who has worked overseas and is able to support all educators and teachers in their journey in Early Childhood Education.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor or equivalent that meets ACECQA standards.
Tasks & responsibilities
- To be responsible for the day to day programming and planning, implementation and evaluation of the daily program for the individual children or groups of children
- Providing and contributing to a dynamic team that share knowledge and expertise
- Maintaining positive relationships and inclusive practices with families and children
- To liaise with local agencies and therapists to support the children to meet their goals
- Be an advocate for high quality services in our community
