Contractor Compliance Officer - 1Pm To 6Pm M-F

THIS POSITION IS IN PENRITH NSW Time & People has been assisting customers with contractor management software for more than 13 years in multiple countries around the world.

This role is a brand new role in the business with the ability to grow. You will be surrounded by a team of people with many years of experience with the software. 

This position is initially 20 hours per week in PENRITH NSW, with the opportunity to grow.

• What are we looking for?
  • The main responsibilities for this role are:
    • You will be assisting contractors to provide compliance documentation including licenses, COVID evidence, etc
    • You will act as the key point of contact on behalf of our customers to their contractors via both phone and email.
    • You will also speak to the companies the contractors work for to collect insurance details if not collected electronically. 
    • You will need to have exceptional organisation skills and communication skills

• What you will bring
  • 5 years minimum experience working in an administration role assisting in the collection of Contractor compliance
  • High attention to detail
  • The want, to build a better system by joining our continuous improvement team
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Outstanding phone skills
