THIS POSITION IS IN PENRITH NSW Time & People has been assisting customers with contractor management software for more than 13 years in multiple countries around the world.
This role is a brand new role in the business with the ability to grow. You will be surrounded by a team of people with many years of experience with the software.
This position is initially 20 hours per week in PENRITH NSW, with the opportunity to grow.
- What are we looking for?
- The main responsibilities for this role are:
- You will be assisting contractors to provide compliance documentation including licenses, COVID evidence, etc
- You will act as the key point of contact on behalf of our customers to their contractors via both phone and email.
- You will also speak to the companies the contractors work for to collect insurance details if not collected electronically.
- You will need to have exceptional organisation skills and communication skills
- The main responsibilities for this role are:
- What you will bring
- 5 years minimum experience working in an administration role assisting in the collection of Contractor compliance
- High attention to detail
