We're currently seeking talented individuals to join us as Contractor Manager for one of our clients based in New South Wales.We need people with experience managing a large group of contractors, in an on-site environment, ensuring compliance to safety management systems, policies and processes. Experience with a CMMS, ie Ellipse or similar and good communication skills.Day to Day will include:
- Provide daily schedule updates on progress and report delays, issues encountered.
- Work with Contractor on any issues & delays with Outage Manager and Engineering teams where required.
- Witness/Verify witness points in contractor ITP's as discussed and agreed with Site Engineers on who is responsible for each sign off.
- Assist in completion of daily and weekly Outage reporting for appropriate sections.
- Check with Outage Manager and Scheduler that current site access dates are correct prior to mobilisation.
- Update Contractor and liaise to ensure no delays on site access and mobilisation to site.
- Verify all competencies for Contractor Personnel inclusive of SHL induction requirements.
- Ensure mobilisation process is followed and that correct documentation has been supplied prior to arrival on site.
- Hourly rate between $80 and $100 depending on experience and skill set, paid weekly

To be successful you will need Experience in the following:
- Proficiency in CMMS
- Have previous experience as a Contractor Manager
- Experience in an Utilities environment would be advantageous
- Current C class driver's licence
- Australian Work Rights - Birth Certificate, Passport and/or valid Visa
