Role Overview: As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction operations and driving business growth. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, managing projects efficiently, and fostering strong client relationships. Your expertise in CIvil Engineering projects, coupled with your business development acumen, will be crucial in achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the construction team.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the market.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

- Sound financial acumen and experience in budget management.
