Position: Contracts Administrator
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of property contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Documentation Control: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
Communication Liaison: Act as a communication liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, legal representatives, and external parties involved in real estate transactions.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, providing guidance to the team on compliance matters.
Transaction Coordination: Work closely with real estate agents, clients, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth and timely completion of property transactions.
