Form of workThis is a new role for a Developer/Builder who are in a very good position with a huge pipeline of work within high rise residential.
They are looking for a Contracts Administrator to be based on site on a $100m high rise residential project in Western Sydney.
This project has just started and will run for over 2 years, with multiple others in the pipeline in the surrounding area.

- Assist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects in accordance to the company’s management systems and associated documentation
- Ensure that expectations in terms of the project quality, time & budget are delivered
- Subcontractor information received and processed
- Financial management in house
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Review, negotiation, and finalization of subcontracts
- Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.
- Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
- Experience with high rise apartments
- Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish
- Good career tenure showing loyalty and reliability
- Relevant construction qualifications & experience
