Job Description
This critical role will see you join an established and growing commercial team. Your key responsibilities will include;
Play a key role in overseeing the contract administration process which will predominantly be post award activities.
Ensure signed contracts are communicated and have clear visibility to all parties
Work closely with the pre-contracts team as well as the projects team to ensure timely delivery of variations, compliance, insurances and progress claims
Work with the project management team to review progress, budgets, risk and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Manage and monitor contractual matters including administering and closing contracts post award
Review and process ongoing head and sub contract reports
You will liaise closely with important internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business

Your will have demonstrated experience in contracts administration with exposure to engineering, infrastructure, project management and or construction.
