This company places a huge focus on projects that benefit the community in which they're built and aims to deliver them with excellence and integrity. With a strong reputation in the industry, they are seeking an Assistant Contracts Administrator to contribute to their continued success.Key Responsibilities:- Administer construction contracts for assigned projects.· Oversee the end phases of projects, including handover, commissioning, and project close-out.· Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.· Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and variations.· Maintain accurate project documentation and records.· Assist in the procurement and negotiation of subcontractor agreements.· Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as needed.· Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Qualifications and Skills:- Understanding of the construction process with a relevant degree· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.· Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
