The RoleThe Contracts Administrator is responsible for effectively managing the client relationship from the finalisation of the sale to the commencement of construction.
This includes being the primary point of contact between clients and other major areas within the Company including shire approvals, drafting/estimating, scheduling, and pre-start throughout the pre-construction process, capturing any client concerns or complaints, preparing change requests, and allocating relevant resources for resolution. This role is pivotal to ensure that final plans, pre-start variations and addenda’s are completed to meet the clients’ requirements and ensure the clients are kept informed throughout all stages of the pre-construction process. About youThe successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes: Post-Secondary qualification in Customer Engagement or related field is desirable.
