Job DescriptionOur Geelong Refinery is currently underway with a major project to manufacture
Ultra Low Sulphur Gasoline (ULSG). This will be achieved through the construction of new infrastructure and the installation of new technology for reduced sulphur gas and the creation of clean fuel. This project is supported by a Federal Government Grant, and we are now moving to the Construction phase for Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation and approaching completion of civil/foundations.We are now seeking a
Contracts Lead to join the project team at our Geelong Refinery for a 12–14-month fixed term contract. This role will be Geelong based however offers the ability to work flexibly (combination of on-site and WFH).
Qualifications- Your expertise includes preparing Contracts and establishing good Contract Management.
- Ideally you are an experienced Contracts Lead within the construction (or similar) industry who has operated within large infrastructure projects.
- You are experienced awarding contracts for large mechanical, instrumentation and electrical installation contracts within the $10M - $50M range.
- You hold a solid understand of Legal requirements within contract wording.
- You are an effective leader, able to manage your stakeholders and take responsibility for items in dispute.
- You hold the ability to apply a Continuous Improvement focus, where you will contribute to building team knowledge for this and future projects.
Ideally you can commence end-July / mid-August 2024.
