Contracts Officer

This is a great opportunity to work for a NFP organisation where you will be part of a high performing procurement and contracts team.
This role is a part-time contract work 24-30 hours per week and is based in the Inner Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Raising RFQs and RFPs
• Assisting with putting together tender documents
• Updating the system with the correct supplier information
• Drafting supporting documentation
• Manage approval and execution of documents
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on Procurement queries
• Looking for some experience within procurement and contracts
• Understanding of procurement terminology
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• The successful candidate will have had some exposure to procurement in a similar role
