This is a great opportunity to work for a NFP organisation where you will be part of a high performing procurement and contracts team.
This role is a part-time contract work 24-30 hours per week and is based in the Inner Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Raising RFQs and RFPs
- Assisting with putting together tender documents
- Updating the system with the correct supplier information
- Drafting supporting documentation
- Manage approval and execution of documents
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on Procurement queries
- Looking for some experience within procurement and contracts
- Understanding of procurement terminology
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- The successful candidate will have had some exposure to procurement in a similar role
- Inner suburbs location based in Perth, WA (candidates need to be located in Perth this is not fully remote working role)
