About the role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Contracts Technical to join our leading mining client in the Bowen Basin. This position is an initial 3-6 month duration and potential for extension. This position is a stepping stone into a Contracts specialist role.
Key responsibilities
• Weekly and Monthly CMF reporting – EOM compliance, Data for S&P meeting, vendor engagement
• Coordinating contractor owner appointments
• Maintain CMF systems workflow tool
• Maintaining Contracts Sharepoint page
• iAuditor CMF champion for department – managing access and maintain templates with required updates
• Reviewing vendor job cards submitted to support the specialist within the team
• Coordination of outgoing vendor communication and doc control

Skills and Experience
• Experienced in MS Office Suite with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Ability to organise and manage competing demands and priorities
• Documentum, Tempo, SharePoint, and SAP
• Experience in auditing and compliance management
• Understanding of the Sites Safety Health Management System
