We are seeking experienced Registered Medical Nurses for a contracted position in rural or remote Queensland for Multi-Purpose Health Service (MPHS) facilities. These facilities offer a range of services, including acute hospital care, residential aged care, community health, home and community care, and other related Health Services. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional capable of providing high-quality healthcare services to patients within facilities while faithfully and consistently adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
- Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Administering medications.
- Monitoring clinical care plans.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical nurse.
- Preferably, an NDIS screening check.Mandatory AHPRA Registration.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications.
- Valid flu vaccination and immunisations.
- Highly regarded rural or remote experience.
- Preferred Emergency Department (ED) experience, including competency in Triage and ALS.
- You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who can work across wards, including general wards, Emergency Department (ED), and Aged Care.
