We are currently recruiting for a Senior Control Systems Engineer with expertise in ABB. Initially will be assigned to one of our international clients which will require regular site travel due to the current commissioning phase of the project. In this dynamic role, as Senior Control Systems Engineer - ABB your responsibilities are multifaceted, encompassing everything from mentoring junior engineers to devising innovative technical solutions. - A degree in Engineering, ideally with a focus on Control and Instrumentation or relevant majors.
- A willingness and readiness to travel internationally for 4 weeks on/ 2 weeks off roster rotation.
- Proven experience and expertise in ABB DCS.
- Track record of thriving within project teams across the project lifecycle, showcasing your adaptability and agility.
- Previous onsite commissioning experience on mine sites.
- Passionate about sharing your specialized knowledge, elevating the expertise of fellow engineers.
- Experience with generating engineering documents such as functional descriptions, alarm registers, C&E matrix, commissioning plans and inspection test plans.
- Proficiency in deciphering technical documentation, crafting comprehensive reports, and interpreting complex technical requests.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for seamless interaction with clients and team members.
