My client is a well-established and reputable company that has been a prominent player in the settlements space for many years. With a personal approach, relationship building, and client satisfaction being at the forefront, they have a strong track record and a solid reputation in the industry.
Due to ongoing success and their referral business going strong, they are expanding their team and seeking an experienced conveyancer agent to manage current and new businesses.

The Position, but not limited to;

• Manage your own portfolio - size depending on experience
• End-to-end conveyancing inc | Preparation of all documentation for settlement, liaising with Landgate, title and encumbrances searches, receipting funds from clients etc
• Develop new and existing client relationships
• Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, and agents involved in the settlement process

The Criteria

• Previous experience in settlements/conveyancing
• A team player and have the flexibility to support your colleagues - everyone chips in to help one another out
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail
