The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join our client's esteemed Property Law team. This role offers a great opportunity to work on a variety of residential property/development transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes for valued clients. You will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals and contribute to the firm's continued success in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and prepare legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients regarding property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Handle settlements, including attending settlement meetings and managing funds transfers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for each transaction.
- Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Property Law team.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
- Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and technology.
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service and achieving positive outcomes.
