Seeking a trainee residential conveyancer. This is an opportunity for a 4th year law student, graduate lawyer or person with legal administrative experience who wants to up-skill.
Responsibilities
Learn how to:
Discuss a contract for a purchase of property with clients;
Prepare a contract of sale;
Open, maintain and progress files to completion;
Attend client meetings and participate in negotiations;
Qualifications
A Law Degree is desirable but not crucial.
We are seeking a candidate keen to work in this area of law on an ongoing basis.
Remuneration is based on experience.
