Conveyancing law firm based in Hope Island seeks anexperienced Conveyancing Paralegal.  

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing filesfrom start to finish but with the assistance of the principal, which enables the firm to offer a mornigs only position.  

Duties include:

• Contract perusal.
• Personal contact and dealing with clients.
• First and Final letters.
• Performing online searches and following up on outstanding conditions.
• Assessing Duty and preparing exemption forms
• Using QRO ON LINE
• Preparing and producing settlement statements, PEXA settlements and general file management duties.   

You will work directly under the direction and guidance of the principalof the Firm.

Flexible working hours/ Mornings only/wfh possibilities.Your experience You will have a minimum of 2 years QLD conveyancing paralegal experience.
