Laura Tuff Conveyancing is a small conveyancing firm based in San Remo, in the Bass Coast region. We provide conveyancing services Victoria wide and have many repeat clients as a result of our friendly and client-focused approach.
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant and/or experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The role will include providing support to our conveyancers and attending to various administrative tasks, to ensure that the conveyancing process is efficient and effortless for our clients. The role offers opportunity for growth as a conveyancer within the industry and support will be offered to the right candidate for this.
The role is Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm however may be able to accommodate school hours for the right candidate.
The role includes:-
- Greeting clients and communicating with real estate agents, banks etc
- Assisting conveyancers in preparing settlement documents
- Conducting property search enquiries
- Taking client instructions and assisting with document completion
Requirements:-
- Previous administrative experience is essential with a conveyancing background preferred
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Competence in working autonomously or with little guidance
- Microsoft 365 experience
- MYOB experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
