Receptionist / Admin Assistant
An opportunity for an reception/Admin Assistant to join our expending Frankston office.
About the role:
Duties will include, Reception, answering calls and greeting clients as well as administrative support to the file managers. Shadowing the Conveyancing team on Conveyancing matters and assisting with admin when needed. Experience in Conveyancing not essential and we are happy to train the basics to right person.
This role would suit a person entering the workforce.
About you:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who had a passion to learn and take on new tasks. An excellent phone manner is a must. Presentable and approachable personality is desired as you will be out front of office. Experience in a similar role is not required and we encourage people to apply if they are interested in gaining new skills. An interest in the real estate and legal industry would be a benefit.

You will be working alongside the Licensed Conveyancer in Frankston as part of a two person team.
