Job Description
Your key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
- Managing conveyancing matters from exchange through to settlement
- Dealing first hand with banks, agents and government departments
- Providing exceptional service to our clients and referrers
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a conveyancer in managing residential conveyancing matters within the ACT or NSW
- PEXA compliant
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- MS Office Suite experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a very strong team environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Note: We will also consider candidates with strong limited experience who are willing to learn and progress
Numeration will be based on candidates experience up to $85K
