- Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and Chef's instructions. They are pivotal in ensuring the quality and timeliness of food service in a kitchen. At two years and experience in Hong Kong Style cooking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals and dishes according to recipes or chef’s directions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operation.
- Assist in the inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
- Ensure food preparation and storage comply with health and safety standards.
- Assist in creating a positive and productive environment in the kitchen
- Develop and plan menus and daily specials, considering seasonal availability and cost.

- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food waste.
- Collaborate with restaurant management for budgeting, kitchen efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.
