Retail Supervisor - $70,000.00 to 80,000 Plus Superannuation
Location: Cairns Central, Clermount, Dysart, Peak Downs, Blackwater, Emerald, Captains Mountain, Moranbah, Wulguru, Drighton, Gladstone.
- ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services.
- responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services
- planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
- interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances.
- instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures.
- examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
- taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
- ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed.
- ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.
About You:
- Retail industry experience in a supervisory capacity
- Qualification- Certificate III in Retail management or similar
Retail Store Manager - $70,000.00 to 80,000 Plus Superannuation
Location: Cairns Central, Clermount, Dysart, Peak Downs, Blackwater, Emerald, Captains Mountain, Moranbah, Wulguru, Drighton, Gladstone.
- Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets and meet other Key Performance Indicators
- Inspire and motivate team members and lead by example
- Recruit and train staff new team members
- Working closely with HR for any workplace management requirements
- Ensure the store complies with all OHS/HSSE requirements
- Facilitate efficient and successful operations of all aspects of the store; including stock control and ordering, managing costs of goods, and completing daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and other issues in relation to customer service
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve store budgets through planned, efficient rostering and other cost control methods.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products
- Maintain our strong commitment to food safety standards in line with our food safety plan
About You:
- Retail industry experience in a Manager capacity
- Qualification- Diploma in Retail management or similar
Service Console Operator (Checkout Operator)
$50,000 -$60,0000 Plus superannuation
Location: Cairns Central, Clermount, Dysart, Peak Downs, Blackwater, Emerald, Captains Mountain, Moranbah, Wulguru, Drighton, Gladstone.

- Scanning, Weighing and recording prices of goods.
- Receiving and processing payments for goods and services.
- Counting and recording money received and balancing against register sales records.

About You

Restaurant Manager - $70,000.00 Plus Superannuation
Location: Cairns Central, Clermount, Dysart, Peak Downs, Blackwater, Emerald, Captains Mountain, Moranbah, Wulguru, Drighton, Gladstone.
- Working with the chef and other kitchen staff to determine the contents and pricing of the menu, considering customer demand and seasonal trends.
- Monitoring and ensuring monthly compliance with budgetary requirements and goals.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing activities to increase revenue and market share.
- Managing inventory and ordering stock as required to ensure it is fresh and of high quality.
- Making sure the dining area of the restaurant is presented to a high standard for the ultimate customer experience.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures regarding occupational health and safety requirements are always upheld and embedded in the work culture.
- Recruiting, rostering, training, and termination of staff. This includes conducting interviews, performance reviews, and staff development sessions.
- Developing and implementing customer service policies to be applied across the restaurant by all staff.
- Providing recommendations at company meetings regarding how to improve customer satisfaction based upon customer feedback received.
About You
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Minimum of 2 years of experience
Qualification- Diploma in Hospitality or similar.
Chef /cook- $70,000.00 to 80,000.00 Plus Superannuation

As our Chef/cook, you will be responsible for:
• Collaborating closely with the cook to maintain the highest culinary standards.
• Managing the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are perfectly prepared.
• Assisting in menu development and contributing creative ideas.
• Training and supervising junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Upholding the kitchen's cleanliness and hygiene standards.

About You
# Certificate III/ IV or Diploma.
# Minimum 2 experience of Experience.
Waiter- $50,000 - $60,000 Plus Superannuation
Location: Cairns Central, Clermount, Dysart, Peak Downs, Blackwater, Emerald, Captains Mountain, Moranbah, Wulguru, Drighton, Gladstone.
- Setting and arranging tables
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Greet customers and hand out menus
- Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials
- Check that customers are satisfied with their meal
- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
